  • Question Set #1:
    • What is a school or schools in your district that have an exceptional vision and/or plan for education and technology? What are the elements that make this plan and its implementation successful?
    • Identify 2-3 practical steps that might be helpful in leading other schools in your district to build this type of vision. Share those with your colleagues and discuss.
  • 5 Characteristics of 1:1 Success
    • Teachers help students use the devices to personalize organization and productivity
    • Teachers help students use the devices to increase classroom engagement
    • Teachers help students use the devices to access information
    • Teachers help students use the devices to create content in new ways (text, video, audio, multimedia, etc.)
